HOW DOES IT WORK?
The matchmaking sessions are a quick and easy way to meet potential new collaboration partners and a great opportunity to widen your network of commercial contacts.
The concept revolves around a published OFFER being matched to an existing REQUEST.
Meetings last 25 minutes which is usually enough time to build connections, then the bell rings and you move on to your next meeting.

Step 1: Register
Register until January 2019 and make sure you tick the 'matchmaking session' box if you want to book meetings with other delegates, in addition to the attendance of the talks at the Yorkshire Games Festival.
Step 2: Set up a profile
Publish a profile that will be visible to the other registered delegates on the event website. This profile should describe what you are looking for and/or offering to potential partners.
The more complete your profile, the more meeting requests you will receive!
Step 3: Request meetings
Between November 2018 and January 2019 you can send and receive meeting requests with other delegates registered for the matchmaking session.
A few days prior to the event you will receive a personal schedule with the times and table number for your meetings. You can then keep up to date with last minute changes online or via the b2match app. (itunes / playstore)
Meeting requests are treated as accepted unless they have been declined.
